Mistakenly booked the wrong property instead of this location. Mrs. Hernandez was more than willing to assist and provide outstanding service to have me accommodated with no delay. The staff here is always welcoming and willing to out of their way to make sure needs are met. Multiple reasons for my continued business.

Very attentive staff, Mike went out ofhis way to help us find a parking spot during extremely heavy traffic flow! The location was very convenient to U of Louisville, concert venue, Churchill Downs, airport. Unfortunately, this great location creates horrific traffic conditions. Comfortable, attractive rooms.

We had the opportunity to stay at this hotel because of the marching band competition. We met Tracy when the bar first opened for the evening and she was fantastic. She told us a great story about how she helped some people out and it wasn’t her bragging - she was legitimately happy to help others. We went back to the bar after the second round of competition and Tracy greeted us with a huge smile and wave! She was nothing but accommodating and gave us great advice about the next day breakfast! We had a really great time with her and she made our stay memorable. The only questionable thing we ran into was there was an irate guest at the front desk while we were eating breakfast and he came into the dining room telling his side of the story. But the front desk person felt very uncomfortable and wanted to call 911. Thankfully my husband went and checked on her and although she was shaken up, she was okay. We will definitely come back in the future. The location close to the stadium was great. Rooms were clean and parking was good as well! Thank you Tracy!!!!

Bar/Kitchen staff is great. Tracy is outstanding at her job and management absolutely needs to hang onto her. I travel and stay at IHG properties almost every weekend and must say, her attention to detail and her personality is hands down the best costumer service I've seen. 6 stars for her. As for the hotel, we had a slight issue with the room when I first checked in but it was handled quickly. The only negative was that the hotel was overran with Wrestling kids thar were wild. So many parents let their children scream all night and in the morning. When I schedule next year I'm going to ask if these folks are here again and if so, sadly will find a quieter hotel.

I was here on a work trip for Bourbon & beyond and Louder than Life 9/10-9/23. This hotel was amazing! The staff is absolutely amazing. Let's start with the shuttle service from the airport with Lance although a short trip he had us laughing the entire time he was very friendly...upon arriving at the hotel it was nice and clean outside. The lobby is very nicely decorated. The check-in staff Lani was very courteous got me checked in really quickly and really efficiently although there was a lobby full of guests waiting to be checked in. She was really nice throughout the entire stay as were all the staff that I encountered while I was there. I want to give a special thanks to Mr Curt for letting me know that the hotel shuttle would take me over to the event every day and get me closer than any other shuttle would and he did. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Demiya you two were the absolute best thanks for making me feel so at home while I was away from home. Now the room was nice it was comfortable I had a double room all alone so comfortable with blackout shades. The breakfast was great every morning although it was a little repetitive overall I had an amazing stay thanks! I can't wait to come back next year and do it all over again.

The bar and grill servers Tracy and Jennifer.. Top notch.. Samanth at the desk.. absolutely top notch. And the shuttle driver Lawrence was the best.. he went out of his way.. treated us like family. I recommend.. this stay for anyone...

My sister and I stayed here to attend Louder Than Life (our first time attending and our first time in Louisville). Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a restaurant and bar on site, along with an indoor pool and fitness center. Plenty of room for parking. The BEST FEATURE BY FAR is the shuttle van and LANCE was our driver. He is an excellent driver and so nice! If we are ever back this way, there is no doubt that we will stay here.
